Shana Washington
Founder & CEO
Shana Washington founded Social Butterflii in Milwaukee in 2014 to walk with girls through every next stage of life, from girlhood into womanhood. With more than 15 years as a youth advocate, speaker, and facilitator, she has met girls where they are: in classrooms, group homes, alternative schools, juvenile detention centers, and community spaces. Her work is grounded in one belief: every girl deserves to be seen, heard, and understood.
